Linda Dojaque Ruiz is a Native of Sonora, Mexico. She moved to the United States when she was 11 years old with her mother and sisters. Linda graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 2020 and enrolled in Pathway at BYU Idaho in 2020. Linda is bilingual and started working part-time at Browning Law when she was 16 years old as a filing clerk. She started working full-time in 2019 and she has all the experience in the Personal Injury Department and recently started getting experience in the Criminal side of law. She writes demand letters, litigation, complaints, summons, discovery, scheduling, E-filing, client updates, and translations. She has a beautiful dog, his name is Kratos, and it is a Rottweiler 2 years old, Linda has a beautiful voice and loves to sing, do karaoke, read, cook, and enjoy axe throwing.
Marilyn Burns is the Business Manager at Browning Law and a grandma to 6 living cuties and 1 angel baby. Marilyn is responsible for our bookkeeping, subrogation ledgers, banking, advertising, building maintenance, and anything else that comes up. Marilyn’s strong work ethic is an invaluable asset to Browning Law. She takes pride in caring for our clients and being a point of contact for their questions. She is a beekeeper, chicken wrangler, and gardener. She loves to cook, sew, crochet, sing, play piano, and draw. She is an amateur radio operator and is very active with emergency response groups in the area. She has over 41 years of experience and is certified by the NPBA in bookkeeping and payroll. She has owned multiple businesses with her husband.
Karen is a lifelong local resident of Idaho Falls. She has two adult children and lives with a few chickens, 2 cats, one dog, and her husband Ray. She is often sought out for her piano skills. At Browning Law we use her nimble fingers and quick eyes to serve any needs, she has all the experience on the criminal defense side and now just started the training in the Personal Injury department for new clients and get them ready for litigation.
Linda Call is a Native of Sonora, Mexico. She moved to the United States with her three daughters in 2013. Her family has grown, and she now has 5 grandchildren, 3 boys, and one girl, and is waiting for the gender reveal of the new one. She became part of Browning Law in 2017. Now she is the manager of the criminal defense department and brings more than 20 years of experience working in a law office. Linda started as a Paralegal, in Mexico, in Family Law. She brought this experience to the criminal law practice at our office. She studied at the University of Sonora, Mexico in 2014. Pathway BYU Idaho in 2016 and enrolled at BYU Idaho with a major in healthcare administration in 2018. She is certified in Human Resources Program Events and Recognition Programs. She helps our clients by guiding them through the legal processes from beginning to end. She assists with litigation, scheduling, deadlines, drafting pleadings, letters, translations, and the E-filing process. For staff management, she supervises, guides, and improves employees’ performance over time, recruitment, training, development, measurement, and reward/discipline. Linda is very organized and has a very strong work ethic. Linda in her free time loves to be outdoors, read, watch movies, do karaoke, dance, cook, take pictures, and spend time with family and friends.
Tracy Rick is a Native of San Diego, California who recently moved to Idaho and began working with Browning Law. As our file clerk, she assists in keeping all the records orderly and filed for every case. Tracy enjoys hiking, snowboarding, reading, writing, longboarding, and fishing.
Karina Guadalupe Dojaque Ruiz is a native of Sonora, Mexico. She moved to Idaho when she was fifteen years old with her mother and two sisters. Karina graduated from Madison High School in May 2017 and was married in December of the same year. She enrolled in BYU Idaho in January 2018. She is a mother of one beautiful boy and a dog mom of two. She began working at Browning Law on small projects, then became a part-time legal secretary in the personal injury department. Karina is well-known for always smiling and being positive. She is very organized and hard-working. Karina enjoys singing, dancing, the snow, and the outdoors, but also enjoys staying inside watching movies. Above all, she loves spending time with her son and her family.
Silvia has a bachelor’s degree in P.E. She was a teacher for 20 years, in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico, and she retired already about 12 years ago. She moved to the United States in 2011, she is married to Mr. Kingsford who has 3 children and 8 grandsons. Silvia had just one daughter and two grandkids, they had a huge family together. She began to work with Browning Law in June 2023 as a file clerk and enjoys a lot her work, she is willing to help people. Silvia enjoys all activities, especially with her family, she also likes exercise, quilting, and needles.
Angela Ramos is a passionate political science graduate from Brigham Young University-Idaho, with a keen interest in social justice, community involvement, animal welfare, and more. She originally grew up in New York, just outside NYC, and spent much of her childhood traveling outside the country. Although fluent in Spanish and English, her goal is to be proficient in American Sign Language by the summer. She enjoys spending her free time reading, watching movies, and hanging out with her beloved cat, Celeste. Angela's diverse interests and dedication to making a positive impact in her community drive her forward in both her professional and personal pursuits. Angela is a new secretary to our team and to the legal field, she started in the Personal Injury department and started learning all the processes with a lot of dedication.
Zane Pearson is the Legal Assistant for Worker's Compensation and has an advanced certification in Idaho Worker's Compensation. He was raised on a family ranch until high school, where he attended IFHS and graduated in 2021. He now attends BYU-Idaho with a major in American History and a minor in Political Science. Zane volunteers as a competitive debate consultant and likes to go on car rides, read, and watch TV.
